Immersive VR Digital Twins

GrosioTech leveraged Unreal Engine and our proprietary XR framework to build a millimeter-accurate digital twin of the client's offshore rig. We deployed untethered VR headsets to the client's onshore training facilities, enabling crews to undergo hyper-realistic crisis simulations.

• Hyper-Realistic Physics: The simulation included dynamic fire spread, realistic smoke physics, and accurate audio cues, forcing trainees to make split-second decisions under intense virtual stress.
• Multiplayer Collaboration: Crews could train together in the same virtual environment from different geographic locations, practicing coordinated emergency responses.
• Biometric Analytics: The system tracked eye movement, hesitation times, and heart rates, providing instructors with objective data on which employees were ready for offshore deployment and who required further training.
